For Referral Partners
Why Refer To Brenda's House Of Hope
Integrated Recovery Housing for Men and Women in San Juan County
Brenda's House of Hope is Farmington's only transitional supportive housing program, fully integrated with Intensive Outpatient Programming at Cottonwood Pathways.
Built on Readiness, Proven by Results
A ~40% graduation rate, among the highest in the region, reflects a commitment-based intake process that begins before a client ever moves in. Residents are vetted, interviewed, and accepted based on genuine readiness. That selectivity produces outcomes.
Trusted by Courts. Proven in Recovery.
Recognized by New Mexico state probation, endorsed by local courts, Brenda's House of Hope is a placement partners can trust to hold folks accountable and give them a real chance.
For Courts & Probations Officers
Brenda's House of Hope is a recognized placement for Judge Cole's Reset Program and Young Adult Program, supported by NM state probation.
- How to refer: Contact Rickie Agnetti directly by phone or email
- Program timeline: 4–6 months supportive housing + sober living options as long as needed
- Compliance support: attendance tracking, court hearing coordination, probation check-in reporting
We take reporting seriously because we understand what's at stake for the clients in the program, and for the courts that placed them.
For Detox & Healthcare Facilities
The transition out of detox is one of the highest-risk moments in the recovery process. Those leaving a detox facility need a sober, structured environment to step into immediately, not a waiting period that invites relapse.
Brenda's House of Hope works closely with partner facilities like Cinekor to create a smooth handoff from detox to structured housing and IOP. To coordinate a referral, contact Rickie directly. We'll handle IOP coordination with Cottonwood Pathways.
For Agencies & Community Partners
Brenda's House of Hope serves as a resource for community agencies navigating men in crisis: CYFD, Navigation Center, United Way, hospital caseworkers, and law enforcement.
If you're working with someone who needs transitional housing alongside recovery support and who is ready to commit, we'd like to hear from you. Resource-sharing and formal partnership arrangements are available.

What Makes Us Different
We're not your typical clinical setting. From day one, we've worked intentionally to maintain a warm, welcoming environment—the kind of place where people feel safe to be vulnerable and do the hard work recovery requires.
You'll notice the difference in:
Our People - Every member of our team is here for the right reasons. We've built a culture where caring is non-negotiable, and it shows.
Our Approach - We don't do cookie-cutter treatment. We look at each person individually and design care around your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Our Network - We've created programs that address the whole person—clinical treatment, physical health, safe housing, community connection, and real-world skills.
Our Accountability - We're honest about what recovery takes, and we'll be with you every step of the way.
